## Five rules for every job

1. **No invented arrival times.** You get an honest estimate for your address at that hour. Being reachable at night is not the same as being at your door in ten minutes, and nobody here will pretend otherwise.
2. **The price is agreed before the work starts.** Once the lock has been seen, the options are explained and nothing is touched until you agree.
3. **Gentle first.** Latch, then cylinder, then the drill, and the drill only with your consent.
